School Admissions (including Reception and In-Years Admissions)

Hillshott Infant School is two form entry (2 classes of 30 children) covering the Early Years Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1. Hertfordshire County Council coordinate admissions to our school (including appeals).

Nursery Admissions

We (the school) manage our own Nursery admissions. The first round of applications for September 2025 admissions is complete and we still have a handful of places left. To apply for a place please complete the application form below.

Please note as a school based nursery, our opening times match our school day (8.30am to 3.10pm Monday to Friday term time only) and we don't offer additional wrap around hours.

We offer both

• 15hrs sessions (either mornings 8.30 to 11.30am or afternoons 12.10 to 3.10pm)
• 30hrs session (8.30am to 2.30pm) with option to buy-in additional hours up to 3.10pm.
