The school term starts on Thursday 4th September. The first week is designed so that families can familiarise themselves with school life before children commence their normal hours from 10th September.

Reception Settling in Sessions

• 4th and 5th September – 8.40am to 11.40am
• 8th September – 8.40am to 12.30pm including lunch
• 9th September – 8.40am to 1.10pm including lunch
• 10th September onwards 8.40am to 3.10pm. 

Nursery Settling in Sessions

Families are welcome to join children on the 4th September. We will encourage children to stay on their own from the 5th September onwards.

• 4th and 5th September - Morning children 9.15 to 10.15am / Afternoon children 12.10 to 1.10pm*
• 8th and 9th September - Morning children 8.30 to 10.30am / Afternoon children 12.30 to 2.30pm*

* 30hrs children can join either session on these days.

Tasks for the Summer Holidays

Please log-in to the Arbor Parent Portal and upload / amend personal details including;

• Details for all adults (18 years and over) authorised to collect your child from school
• Contacts for at least two adults who we can contact in the case of an emergency
• All relevant consents (photographs, social media, local trips etc.)

Familiarise yourself with policies including Attendance Reporting so you know what your parental responsibilities are.
